    Hi Neuren,

You can remove access of the ShuttleCloud Migration Tool to your account by following these simple steps:
Go to your account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions)
Find Gmail ShuttleCloud Migration in the list and select it.
Click the blue REMOVE ACCESS button.
Click the OK button to confirm.

We do not store or provide your data to any third parties. Think of ShuttleCloud as a pipeline between email accounts, our services let users migrate email and contacts “using our pipeline” and once this is complete the pipeline is shut down with nothing left in the middle. Therefore we do not have any information about migrations that may have been performed from/to your account. Nevertheless, you can check the migrations that have been done to your account in this webpage: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings/accounts

    Hope this was useful!

    Best,
    Blanca.

    Hi Nancy,

I am sorry for the trouble! We are definitely looking into providing this option for migrations. Nevertheless, for the moment when you perform an email migration, all emails from your source account will migrate.

If you would like to remove the unwanted emails from your account, you should be able to do so without too much trouble by clicking on the right side of the label of your migrated email account, selecting “Remove label” and then “delete”.

    Hope this was useful!

    Hi Ashkay,

Our tool can import emails, labels and folders from external email providers to Gmail or GSuite, but we do not have information about imports to different providers, I am sorry for the inconveniences! Maybe you can take a look here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/setup/migrate-email-and-contacts-admin?view=o365-worldwide

    Hi Paula,

Try selecting the “Yes it was me” option and then closing the window in which the message appears. You should be able to continue migrating normally!

Please let me know if you have any further trouble!

    Blanca.

    Hi Geoff,

Please try this alternative way to import your emails:

    -Sign into your Gmail account.
-In the top right, click the gear icon, and select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
-Click the “Accounts and Import” or “Accounts” tab.
-In the “Check mail from other accounts” section, click “Add a mail account”.
-Type the email address of your btinternet account, then click “Next Step”.
    -Type your password.
-Also, type the POP Server mail.btinternet.com and the POP port select 995.

RECOMMENDED: Check the boxes next to the options below:
    >“Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail”
    >“Label incoming messages”
    -Leave the other boxes unchecked.
    -Click “Add Account”.

Please let me know if this works for you!

    Best,
    Blanca.

    Hi Leen,

    That is a great question!

Our email migration tool only migrates emails, labels and folders from your source account to your destination account. This means any subscriptions you may have or accounts associated to that address will not be available from the destination account address.

If you would like this type of things to transfer, you should contact Google directly: https://support.google.com/accounts/?hl=en#topic=3382296, and ask them for further information about how to do this! If you do, please keep me updated on your progress so we can learn with you how these transfers work!

Please let me know if we can help with anything else!

    Best,
    Blanca.

    Hi Gabriel,

You are totally right, once you migrate your emails from your previous Gmail account to your new account your source account will continue working as usually!

As for your second question, yes, all emails that are migrated from the source to your destination account will remain existing in your source account. Think of our tool as a “copy and paste” tool that copies your emails, folders & labels from the source account and pastes them in your destination account but without modifying anything from the source account!

Let me know if we can help with anything else!

    Best,
    Blanca.

    Hi Sorosh,

We do provide all our customers with the fastest transfers allowed by Google. There are many factors that affect transfer speed. However, larger accounts take longer to migrate because of Google’s limits on the number of simultaneous connections to each account. That is, the size of the source account and the quantity of emails have the largest impact on total transfer time. In ideal conditions, 250 – 500 MB are transferred per hour.

It is somehow strange that the migration is now running so slowly. Maybe the emails it is currently migrating are bigger and therefore it takes more time for the tool to migrate them. Please leave a couple of days and if it is still running very slowly let me know at blanca@shuttlecloud.com and we will take a closer look at it!

    Best regards,
    Blanca

    Hi Eric,

Have you tried starting your import from an incognito window?
That way you ensure that you have logged out from every account you may have open in different web browsers.

    Hope this helps!

    Blanca.

    Hi Kim,

Can you please let me know which email addresses you are trying to import from?
These are the steps you should follow to import your two accounts:

    -Sign into your Gmail account.
-In the top right, click the gear icon, and select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
-Click the “Accounts and Import” or “Accounts” tab.
-In the “Check mail from other accounts” section, click “Add a mail account”.
-Type the email address of your old account, then click “Next Step”.
    -Type your old account password.
-Also, type the POP Server and the POP port.

RECOMMENDED: Check the boxes next to the options below:
    >“Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail”
    >“Label incoming messages”
    -Leave the other boxes unchecked.
    -Click “Add Account”.

Can you please let me know if you are following these steps? Also, what POP server and POP port are you typing in?

    Looking forward to your reply!
    Best,
    Blanca.

    Hi Kevin,

Transferring your emails from one email address to another will not delete the emails from the old address! Think of it as a tool that “copies and pastes” the emails, labels and folders from your source account to the destination account, without modifying anything from the source account!

Hope this was helpful and please let me know if you have any other questions!
