    Hi, I am hoping for a quick, easy answer. I am migrating emails and contacts from an old gmail account to a new gmail account. On the new account is a prompt window from ShuttleCloud asking if I requested the import. There are 2 options – Yes, this was me & No, secure the account. The yes option is already selected, but there is no “continue” or “next” button. Am I to assume that since the “Yes, this was me” option is already selected that I don’t need to do anything else and that the import with continue to completion?

    Hi Paula,

    Try selecting the “Yes it was me” option and then closing the window in which the message appears. You should be able to continue migrating normally!
