Using Chrome on a Macbook Pro (but also tried on Safari)
Importing to Work account (but it is a gmail backed account) from a gmail account.
Turned less secure sync off on both accounts
Little window opens telling me to login to my gmail account to continue the process, I log out of my work account and into my gmail account and it just opens my gmail account in the little window and does nothing at all. Tried many times. Would love a solution.

    Hi Brian,

    I am Blanca from Shuttlecloud.

Please follow these steps in order to import Contacts and/or Emails from Gmail to another Gmail account:

    Contacts

Step 1: Export existing Gmail contacts into a CSV file

Go to the old version of Google Contacts.
In the top left, click More and then Export.
    Select which contacts to export.
“My Contacts” are contacts you created.
“All contacts” are contacts you created and Other Contacts you’ve emailed.
    Select Google CSV format.
    Click Export.
In the top right, click your photo, then click Sign out.

    Step 2: Import the file
Go to the old version of Google Contacts.
In the top left, click More and then Import.
    Click Choose File.
    Select your CSV file.
    Click Import.

    Emails

You may be able to copy your emails using the “POP” option. (The “POP” option can copy email messages, but not labels or folders.)
    Here are the steps:

-Sign into your Gmail account (the one you want to import to).
-In the top right, click the gear icon, and select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
-Click the “Accounts and Import” or “Accounts” tab.
-In the “Check mail from other accounts” section, click “Add a mail account”.
-Type the email address of your GSuite account, then click “Next Step”.
    -Type your GSuite password.
-Also, type the POP Server pop.gmail.com and the POP port select 995.
RECOMMENDED: Check the boxes next to the options below:
    >“Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail”
    >“Label incoming messages”
    -Leave the other boxes unchecked.
    -Click “Add Account”

Please let me know if you are able to import your contacts/emails into your new Gmail account.

    Best,
    Blanca.
